- Top Affiliates must have more than 600 unique visits and a domain name
- Elite Affiliates must have more than 1000 unique visits, a domain name and
your content must be really great (I'll accept only the best ones)
- Please add me before you apply (to let me know that you are truly the owner of
the site and for some other reasons). If you're not accepted I will let you know
it and then you can remove my button...
* If you apply for Top or Elite please notice that you should add my site to
your Top/Elite too.
* If you want to apply for top or elite don't use this form but e-mail me and
also please include a link to your web counter or a screenshot of your cpanel
counter (the domain should be visible) to prove that you get enough hits
