This  week, JustJaredJr. is going Track by Track with Jesse McCartney to find out about all of the songs on “Have It All”, Jesse’s 4th album. Read the article below to find out about the first single from ”Have It All”, Shake! 

Jesse McCartney’s opening line during our interview a couple weeks ago? “When’s your birthday?”

After finding out the specific date, the 23-year-old musician proceeded to dig through his huge “The Secret Language of Birthdays: Personology Profiles for Each Day of the Year” book and tell us what was going to happen and did happen during our lives. JJJ will admit that was a great icebreaker!

Then we got down to business and asked him to break each track down for us, one-by-one and he did. First song up: first single, “Shake.”

Jesse shared about this track, “‘Shake’ is the first single, and most reminiscent of my last album, Departure. It’s a record I did with two writers who work under Dr. Luke’s camp and we wrote it in a matter of hours. ‘Shake’ can mean whatever you want it to mean. It’s a pretty loose term (laughs).”
